REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the limited nature and "made to order" pre-order model of MIRRO CLUB releases, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and the pre-order window has closed, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
DEFECTS & DISCREPANCIES
We take immense pride in our construction process. If you receive an item that is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please email mirroclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
We do not hold inventory for exchanges. If you require a different size, we can only facilitate an exchange if stock from the production run is available. If your desired size is out of stock, the sale remains final. We strongly advise referring to the Size Guide provided on each product page before purchasing.
