Can i return or exchange my items?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature and made to order model of MIRRO CLUB releases, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If you receive an item that is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please email contact@mirro.club within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can facilitate a replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. To maintain exclusivity and reduce waste, we produce garments specifically for each order window. This means we do not hold extra inventory for returns. We strongly advise referring to the Size Guide provided on each product page to ensure you're happy with your selection before checking out.
When will I get my order?
MIRRO operates on a pre-order basis. Shipping typically begins 5-7 weeks after the shop closes. This window allows us to ensure every garment meets our construction standards. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How do the clothes fit?
Our pieces are designed with Heavyweight/Boxy/Oversized fit, tailored to a premium streetwear aesthetic. We use high density fabrics, which provide a structured, durable drape. If you prefer a more standard fit, we recommend sizing down, but please check the Size Guide for exact measurements.
How should i wash my items?
To preserve the integrity of the heavy fabric and any graphic prints, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water. Hang dry is highly recommended to prevent shrinkage and maintain the garment's structure over time. Avoid using high heat or harsh bleaches.
